Chỉ người ở vào vị thế hoặc tầm nhìn hạn hẹp nên khó quan sát, khó hiểu thấu đáo sự việc. Cũng thường dùng để tự nhận một cách khiêm nhường rằng mình biết ít, thấy chưa hết, với sắc thái hình ảnh đông đúc của cảnh xem hội.

Refers to someone whose position or perspective is too limited to grasp a situation fully. It is also often used self-deprecatingly to admit that one’s knowledge or view is incomplete, with the variant evoking the crowded scene of a festival.
